Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited institution required in engineering, science, or other field relevant to the support area in which the individual is performing. Five (5) years experience in one or more technological areas directly in the task area(s). A Masters or doctorate degree may be substituted for a total of two (2) years experience. Ten years of additional experience in areas related to the support area in which the individual is performing may be substituted for the degree requirement.

• Conducts technical evaluations of systems and recommends acquisitions and/or changing facility processes and procedures to increase efficiency.

• Oversees and coordinates the delivery of timely and effective technical support to worldwide sites and organizations.

Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited institution required in engineering, science, or other field relevant to the support area in which the individual is performing. Three (3) years applicable experience which demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge in areas related to the task area(s). Ten years of additional experience in areas in which the individual is performing may be substituted for the degree requirement.
